In order to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest quality food and service, fresh ingredients are carefully selected, purchased and prepared for each customer before customers arrive for their reservation. After confirming food allergies and consideration of preferences, we are dedicated to serving only the freshest and finest ingredients available. In addition to some of the reasons mentioned above, and due to the high volume of reservations as well as overlap with other customers making reservations, we kindly request that customers secure a reservation by paying for their course with a credit card or PayPal before their reservation. We look forward to serving you at our restaurant, and making your time at our restaurant, a special one.

    Reservations from October to April will be inside the restaurant, and reservations May through Sep. will be outside riverside dining. Both are traditional-style seating on the floor on Japanese cushions.
    Please let us know those that have trouble sitting on the floor. The restaurant can prepare “zaisu” (a legless floor chair). Please note that there is a limit on the number of zaisu available.

    How to make a reservation

    • ① After you press send, an automated email will be sent to you titled "About your reservation".
    • ② Reservation service, "My Concierge Japan" will contact the restaurant and check if your reservation can be made for the time you requested. We will send you an email to inform you if the restaurant has seats available or not.
    • ③ If seating is available, a URL link will be sent to you to make payment for your course with a credit card or PayPal. Please make payment within 24-48 hours (the payment deadline will depend on the date of the reservation). Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your reservation is finalized.
    • Cancellation policy
      ※A 100% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before the reservation.
      ※Any changes to the reservation details are required to be made at least 3 days in advance.
      ※Cancellations made on the day of the reservation, a day before the reservation, or two days before the date of the reservation, will not be eligible for a refund.
      ※Please do not be late for your reservation. Please note that we are not responsible if guests are late and the restaurant is unable to provide the whole meal/a meal due to time restraints. Please note that the restaurant may be unable to accommodate a request to change the date of the reservation and in such case, may not be able to issue a refund.
      ※Additional orders for food and drink can be made at the restaurant and are to be paid for after your meal at the restaurant.

    When making a reservation please be informed of the restaurant rules and regulations that must be followed inside the store as a counter measure for COVID-19 even after cases has decreased, such as social distancing, alcohol disinfection and wearing a mask (if required by the restaurant).
